| Description | These are the current standard, 10-person, Emergency escape Pods in use in Starfleet. They are capable of both Planetary landing or, if needed, acting as a deep space life boat. Each escape pod contains a medical kit, two phase pistols with two power packs each, and enough water, food and oxygen stores to sustain the crew, for five days. If fully rationed out for survival, the supplies could last for almost nine days. |
