General Overview		On duty Rick is as squared away as it comes. Goes with being a scientist as well as a marine. However he believes in the old addage "All work and no play...' meaning he loves to chill out when not in uniform. When in uniform he is all business, but he does find a way to make it fun. When off duty he does like to play jokes, but he is careful to keep it within regulations.

Personal History		The man known as "Joker" to his friends was born on the civilian ship SS Bisnarki In Mid june, and naturally he grew up there as a "fleet brat" He was a kid with somewhat of a rebellious streak, unbefitting an officers kid such as he was. Although he was disciplined, he loved to pull a joke periodically. So much that he earned the rather unfortunate nickname of a joker. He was like this up to high school. He was a good student but not a stellar one. He got a solid B average. He also lived by the motto "if you can't have fun, why do it?" Living by this motto he got a little bit of a reputation as a jokester. So much that he earned a nickname. Named after a comic book villain in fact. But while in class he was all business, applying himself in his science classes. Specifically becoming a star student in his medic classes. This continued up to his senior year. When he graduated he maintained his B average l, thus not qualifying for the Academy. Having not qualifying for for the Academy Sonny went to a local recruiter to see where he could serve. It was here when he got into about the MACOs. Intrigued Sonny signed upin 2153 He went immediately to recruit training in South Carolina before getting further medic training in San Diego, where he was assigned to the base hospital. Sonny spent 3 years in California before being posted to the Unicorn
